Fix: Delay between joining/signing in to QSS and syncing historical log entries

Overview

Currently there is a noticeable delay between the app being usable and syncing missed messages from QSS which can be especially jarring when joining using the member role self-assign.

Acceptance Criteria

• Sync from QSS happens as soon as the auth connection is ready
