Vulcane & vulcane augment rename

Now the vulcanes' names are "Vulcane (XXXX)", while the vulcane augments' names are "Vulcane Augment: XXXX"

They are in completely different style. Seems they need unification.

Moreover, compared to other item series, such as upgrade kits, power stones, and realmstones, both of these naming methods are not used. Is is necessary to unify them to "XXX Vulcane" and "XXXX Vulcane Augment" ?
