tugraph http restful服务 cypher接口 没有权限

**Environment:**
- TuGraph 4.5.2

**Describe the bug**
使用/login接口获取到token之后，调用cypher接口报错：
Unauthorized: [Unauthorized] User does not have access to the graph specified.

但是同样的用户在Browser登录后，可以操作对应的graph。

请大佬帮忙看看，权限哪里有问题吗。
