Here are the table headers I could figure out that match between Harris County and Bexar County

Import to include is the court number, since it has a 1-1 correlation with Judge in the cases we've seen. For example, Bexar County (#5) lists D144 as a court, and we can look up what judge that is: http://www.bexar.org/1902/Criminal-District-Courts.
