Arraignment Chat Bot

Create a chatbot that collects vital information from a defendant for use in their arraignment hearing. Is designed to output a recommendation to the public defender based on the defendant's responses.

The intake data could be collected via a short intake questionair using QnAMarkup to collect the data from the client then you have to catagorize that data then compare with a dataset of similar cases. In Harris county I'm pretty sure they use odyssey as their backend so I'd talk to Sam Harden of Courtdatesearch to pick his brain about whether or not you could bulk collect filed documents easily to make a dataset.
