Secure Data Storage

A module designed to store client data in a secure and anonymized fashion. Will likely need to rely on data encrypted at rest on a remote server. Keys to decrypt data should only be supplied by the user.  These keys can also be supplied by a client "wallet" . (Example wallet: https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/)
