Documentation feedback form

This is maybe over-the-top, but as people use the docs it'd be nice to know what's useful/inadequate/missing.
Is there a way to incorporate a feedback form into the docs pages? Just something simple like a 👍👎 [Comment].
Dunno where it would be useful to have it send to - containing it on Github in Discussions/Issues would be nice but dunno if that's feasible - email or survey website would be okay but more complex to maintain and someone has to check it.
