chore: Remove outdated documentation files

- Deleted ADMIN-MENU-SUMMARY.md, AUTH.md, DOCKER-QUICK-REFERENCE.md, DOCKER.md, SESSION_ISOLATION_FIX.md, and TESTING_SESSION_ISOLATION.md as they are no longer relevant to the current project structure and documentation needs.
