Installer uses version 0.9.4

Hi,

we use decode to analyze our SMLM datasets and it worked well with version 0.10. Today we tried a different computer (better GPU) and went through the same installation procedure. For some reason, it kept installing version 0.9.4, which is not compatible with the notebooks we developed before with 0.10.

Do you have an idea of why the installer uses an older version? We used the commands from the documentation.

As explained in the issue, I guess conda "traded" a newer version of a dependency for an older version of decode.
If you do

conda create -n decode_env -c turagalab -c pytorch -c conda-forge decode=0.10.0 cudatoolkit=11.0 jupyterlab ipykernel

I think it should work. :) Please mark the discussion as solved if that worked for you, otherwise please let me know :)
