Have problem in running DECODE in SMAP GUI

Hi,

We have downloaded the python virtual environment and weight file, and can run DECODE locally. We find that DECODE is a very useful SMLM tool.

Now, we are trying to run DECODE Plugin in SMAP(https://github.com/jries/SMAP), but we encountered many errors. We have searched but haven't found any instructions about how to run DECODE Plugin in SMAP documentation.

Any documentation or tutorial on how to run SMAP DECODE plugin will be appreciated！Thanks so much!

Dear @WangYC-PKUBIOPIC do you mean the Training Estimates plugin?
Also, could you provide more information, i.e. the error itself, and which SMAP version you are using?
