PyTest testsuite for newly quickstarted applications

In TurboGears 2.5 the test suite of newly quickstarted apps has been migrated from nose to pytest.
Also using python setup.py test will no longer work, you are expected to just run pytest from the application directory.
Using pip install appname[testing] still works to ensure all testing dependencies (pytest included) are installed.
