Offline Packager

Since my school blocked the website for TurboWarp on my laptop, I can only use the offline app. I figured I can't use my PC much, & even if I did, I would have to transfer it.

The desktop app (https://desktop.turbowarp.org/) includes an offline version of the packager in the button in the top right corner

You can also use the standalone HTML version from https://github.com/TurboWarp/packager/releases (it's the same versions as the desktop app)

Oh hold on, when I try packaging as Electron, it asks, "Message: Error: Couldn't fetch https://packagerdata.turbowarp.org/electron-v15.0.0-win32-ia32.zip, are you offline?" I thinks it's because it's blocked. It works just fine with "Plain HTML"
