newsletter reduces searchability of documentation

Can the newsletter and changelog be downweighted in the search functionality?

I was looking for the exact syntax of specifying the subsamplers in Gibbs sampling, and the desired result was very far down the list.

Not saying that it fully solves your problem, but if you're looking for things like docstrings I would recommend searching in the API docs https://turinglang.org/Turing.jl/stable/ rather than https://turinglang.org/docs. (You can access the API docs for each package from the 'libraries' tab at the top)

Allowing the API docs to be searched from the main docs page has been a long standing issue #561.

I would love to solve that (and I already sketched out half an idea of how to do that) but I'm only one person 🥲.

In general though it strikes me as unreasonable to include the newsletter and changelog in docs search, so the direct fix at least is quite easy.
