probable typo in canonical ID ranges #25
Description
In the canonical ID ranges page, the block ID range for Paperwork is listed as going from 13000 to 1330. given that the former is much larger than the latter, we suspect an extra 0 was added to the starting ID by mistake (1300-1330 seems more likely to be the intended range).
