Allow SQLite on Velocity Servers

I cannot host an SQL server on my computer. I need to be able to store info in a file.

I would like the FastLogin plugin to include a SQLite drive compatible with Velocity

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered adding my own SQLite drivers, which didn't work at all.
