compatibility Mac&Windows Chrome 128

When I opened the online example(https://www.willusher.io/webgpu-bcmc/webgpu_bcmc.html**#chameleon**) on a different computer, I found some compatibility issues, It displays properly on windows, it doesn't seem to work properly on mac, I additionally tried chrome version 118 for mac and found its to be fine.🫣🤭

Yea this is a known issue, unfortunately some things have changed since I published the project on the macos/metal backend for chrome webgpu and it introduced some regression. I haven't had time to come back and dig into what changed to fix it.
