FLAC is a file format, not a direct measure of audio quality. FLAC 24 indicates a 24-bit FLAC file and refers to bit depth rather than the recording source. WEB describes the distribution source and does not guarantee the original quality.

I consider three source categories: Vinyl, CD, and WEB. Vinyl rips are often lower in fidelity, CDs generally provide good quality, and WEB releases can vary widely and are not reliable quality markers. A file labeled FLAC on Soulseek is not necessarily a true lossless rip; it could be an up-converted MP3.
In my point of view WEB should not be treated as a quality indicator. But you are free to do so if you want.
