Lidarr activity queue not showing

Hello,

I've noticed that sometimes when Lidarr sends it's report to slskd and it fetches the request that it does not alway show in Lidarrs Activity Queue and the files do not get imported.. yet sometimes it works fine.

have you any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this?

I am running this on unraid, I've set the PUID 99 and PGID 100 and UMASK 002 to match Lidarr and in slskd.yml set file permissions to 666 i've also tried 777.
but it's still hit and miss if it shows in the activity queue.

also slskd sets the owner of files and folder to root, when i think it should be nobody like everything else, is there an option somewhere for that?

First, let's cover the basics. What version of Tubifarry are you using? Is it the develop branch? If not, there's not much I can do to help.

Tubifarry sends downloads to slskd and generates a hash based on the files. If slskd loses a file for any reason, the hash becomes invalid, and Tubifarry can no longer associate the download with its trigger. If slskd is only being used by Lidarr, you can enable inclusive mode to ensure even unknown downloads are included.

To diagnose bugs, I’ll need the full trace logs.

Regarding the ownership issue: it's caused by your slskd settings. You’ll need to adjust the gid and uid. However, as far as I know, slskd doesn’t support setting gid and pid via Docker Compose and only in the Slskd config. I’m not familiar with the Unraid setup, so I can’t offer much help there. You might want to ask in the Servarr Discord, someone there may be able to assist.

Sorry I haven't got back to you, I've disabled the other indexers and downloaders so it's just slskd and I'll try a few more times then I'll paste the lidarr log in my next message.

here are the 2 lidarr log files,

The Ataris from RuuqoHoosk started downloading.. but did not show in lidarrs activity queue.
To which I manually had to import after.

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to work with the logs you've provided. I specifically need trace logs. debug or info level logs won't be sufficient for diagnosing this issue. Please provide complete trace logs that capture the entire problem from start to finish. This may consist of one to three log files depending on the scope of the issue.

I've reviewed your logs, and as I previously mentioned, it's important to specify the version you're running. You're currently using the stable version of Lidarr, not the develop branch. That means I can't assist you codewise with your issue, as it's not related to a code bug but rather a configuration problem.

Your logs are spammed with entries about unmapped files. It looks like Lidarr is monitoring the download path used by your slskd instance, which is causing conflicts. Lidarr is attempting to process files before the downloads are even complete, and since Tubifarry isn't being allowed to manage them properly, it's no surprise that files are missing from its tracking.

If you're looking for help with configuring your setup, I strongly recommend reaching out on the Servarr Discord. The community there is very responsive and experienced with these kinds of issues.

To resolve this, you should remove the slskd download directory from Lidarr’s monitored folders. That appears to be the root of the problem.

I am using unraid and trying to follow the trash guide setup.
I followed the steps on your wiki page and using
ghcr.io/hotio/lidarr:pr-plugins
The unmapped files are likely the ones the I can't find the appropriate artist/album for as lidarrs cache server was having problems.
