Ask your installer for a screenshot of the settings. |

I had a Sigen system installed last Friday and having the same problems, confirmed with Sigen support the system is configred correctly their side but I can't connect. Same as others here, I can see it on my network, I can ping the IP, confirmed listening on port 502 but can't connect. Any ideas? |

I managed to get this resolved, there is a setting in the installers area where a server ip can be entered and it is saved called something like "configuration 1", this stops the integration from working. When they deleted this configuration and re-enabled the modbus setting it started working again. There is no need to put an IP address anywhere for the server. Hope this helps! |

I have spent a couple hours trying to figure out how to integrate my Sigenergy (single DC inverter) to Home Assistant, and I am stuck on the "Couldn't connect" error.
I have asked my installer to Enable Modbus TCP Server Enable, confirmed port 502 and slave ID 1, and confirmed the LAN IP address is correct.
I have polled the IP and port on HA Web Terminal and it is reachable "192.168.1.4 (192.168.1.4:502) open"
Is there anything else I could do?
Thanks
