Grid Offline Alert

I want to set up an automation to send a notification message to my iphone when the sigenergy goes Off Grid.
In the automations When menu I've selected: "Entity - Sigen Plant Grid connection status" however in the attribute "to" box there is only "any state, unavailable and unknown".

Ideally I would like a push notification when grid goes offline and another when grid goes online.

Has anyone set this up and can give me some pointers?

I have set up automation to change the colour of lights and to turn off the air conditioner if the system goes off grid. I don't send a message as the electricity distributor sends an update message.

Based on seeing the state when the power has gone off I have found to use "Off Grid (Auto)". This is working, not that we have had many blackouts to test.

Now to work out how to stop the Internet from going out when there is a loss of power in the suburb....

I don't get notifications from my energy provider and I have the backup gateway so i never know if I lose power as there's barely a dip in the lights when the grid goes out and the battery takes over. During the day I'd never know and since the house never actually loses power my internet doesn't drop either. The Sigenergy app notification is a quiet notification and I completely missed it last time grid went out so want HA to buzz my phone when it happens.

With your off grid automation, does capitals matter? I just found the Modbus protocol list online and it shows:
7:
On/Off Grid - status:

0: on grid
1: off grid (auto)
2: off grid (manual)

So have setup my trigger as below. Haven't had a chance to test by manually switching the grid connection off at the gateway yet but this should work I hope.
