[Bug] When AC Charger becomes slow/unresponsive, it slows down updating of the whole system

Similar to #242 I found that when my wifi is unstable, refreshing of the data coming from modbus is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's very fast, and sometimes slow (>100s). Issues started ever since I added the AC charger to the system. When I remove the AC charger from the system, everything updates fast again.

In the issue it was asked that logs should be attached when available, which I'm doing now.

Ok, so the problem is the unstable wifi to the ac charger.
The code currently polls data from all devices and times out if any takes to long or doesn't answer.
One solution is to break up the code to timeout per device and after 3 consecutive failures, skip the AC charger for N cycles (e.g., 5 cycles = 25s), then retry. Downside is AC charger data goes stale during backoff and is not reflected. Could put data as unavailable though.

This won't fix your unstable wifi though and only bypass it.

Would it be possible to query the data for the AC charger separately, so it can't interfere with querying the rest of the system? That way the rest of the system is updated quickly still, only the AC charger updates more slowly.

My wifi issues have been resolved though, however, it still updates the whole system more slowly if I add the charger again.
