Add new boolean BlockNoteView prop to place the side menu on the right side

I am trying to get the side menu on the right hand side of my blocks.

A boolean toggle to place the side menu on the right side of blocks

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I've tried setting it up myself to little success, granted I am relatively new to the library
