Can't trim

Hi, i'm using Aegiub Motion Version 1.0.9.
I've already unistalled and installed Aegisub but the problem stay.
Here's the log:

Encoding error:
x264.exe : x264 [error]: not compiled with MP4 output support

If there is no log before this, your encoder is not a working executable or your encoding command is invalid.

Ps: I've already tried others versions of x264 but nothing changes.

Are you using a version of x264 compiled with MP4 output support? You mentioned using others' builds, but are those compiled with that flag?

I would point you to a known-good build but I'm not sure where you'd find one online nowadays - perhaps someone else can chime in, or if nothing else I can go run off a fresh build for you to try with.

Oh, I saw someone with the same issue as me and someone give the link of a build which have the MP4 output support.
I downloaded and this is the result:
