[BUG] Unable to finish download after 100% #1143

Describe the bug
Download gets to 100%, then starts repeating this error in the logs:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'files_to_check_for_progress')
at checkDownloadPercent (/app/downloader.js:624:49)
To Reproduce
Start download; wait until it gets to 100%; check the logs.
Expected behavior
Download completes successfully.
