Hurl Keeps Prompting to Choose Browser Despite Existing URL Rule

Why does Hurl keep prompting me to choose the browser to use when I click a link inside Mozilla Thunderbird, when a rule is already set and tested to work with the specified URL?

@x011 Apologies for late response. My health was not great lately.

Is it still a problem ? You have to restart Hurl from tray icon after adding a rule (This is a limitation something I want to fix soon with #174)

I'm using the latest version of your wonderful tool: 0.9.3

This is my setting file with the rules.

UserSettings.json

If I test a url like
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-mike-waltz-alex-wong/
in the application tester, it works fine.

If I click on the link though, I'm asked to choose the browser despite the rule.
After closing/reopening hurl application or selecting "Reload", the rule is applied just fine.
