icon issues #204

Hurl 0.9.3

Howdy, @U-C-S! Wow, it seems I last talked here two years ago! Hope you're doing well and I'm glad to see your progress with Hurl.
So…

I would appreciate help with two icon issues:

First, I need help setting a custom icon for some apps (with CustomIconPath, I assume). For example, Microsoft Edge Dev and Google Chrome Beta don't display their correct icons (shown in the two Properties windows on each side of the main Hurl dialog). How can I configure each of them to point to the correct icon resource embedded in the .EXE file? (I remember issue #65 from before version 0.8 where using an ICO would result in a poor resolution; has that been solved?)

Second, a feature I'd love to request is allowing the user to choose their own icon for .URL shortcuts when Hurl is set as the default browser, allowing choice from a local .ICO file. Could you pretty-please make that a feature? (That would also greatly help in terms of ensuring I know I'm not accessing a browser application, but just a shortcut really.)

And as bonus… Third, have you ever revisited issue #71 and hopefully enabling Acrylic for Windows 10? I see version 0.9.x doesn't have an Acrylic effect -- and, with the OS reaching EOL soon, my hopes are not too high, but still… I doesn't hurt to ask.
As an additional aesthetic effect, I'd like to suggest make the × Close button red when hovered over with the cursor.

Again, wish you all the best! Thanks!!
