Improvements before we get to this lecture:

• all_of instead of !! in https://ubc-dsci.github.io/reproducible-and-trustworthy-workflows-for-data-science/materials/lectures/07-scripts-and-pipelines.html#using-command-line-arguments-in-r

• cover rendering Rmd documents

  • the course can fully run using the RStudio IDE now (previously had a bunch of docker issues, so we can better show this
  • Potentially cover qmd documents with quarto instead.
