Figure out how to add our own CAN transceiver on the same chain as Moteus

We need to add our own device along the Moteus chain for the end effector(s) control.

Figure out what hardware we need (and if we already have the hardware) to add a can device to the chain.

What done looks like:

• Some sort of documentation explaining the hardware we will use and why it will work for CANFD and the moteus chain, how to connect it to our hardware, and anything else of note. (essentially what can transceiver will we use?)
• A proof of concept, some piece of firmware showing how we connect to the can transceiver chosen. Maybe send a command to a moteus driver, and then read something from the moteus driver.
