It seems like the problem is that one of the submodules (i.e. the one that has the MuJoCo Cassie) is hosted on Gitlab. A quick way to fix it on your end if you have a Gitlab account is to add your public_key to your Gitlab account as well, or instead change the submodule path to use the HTTPS version. On our side, I'll also see if switching to the HTTPS version would solve it for everyone.
