oxView edits #1058
Description
Currently if the design is edited in the oxView, these edits are not reflected in the scadnano design. Worse yet, if an edit is subsequently made in scadnano, it will simply overwrite anything edited in oxView.
Figure out a way to pass messages from oxView to scadnano to describe edits, and similarly in the other direction: Describe edits rather than sending whole designs, so that edits done in oxView will not be overwritten.
