cursor occasionally turns all white #1059
Description
The hand cursor should normally have a black outline to be visible against the white background:
But sometimes the black outline turns white and it becomes invisible against the background. Moving around and grabbing things often fixes this. Not sure if it's strange Chrome behavior or a bug in scadnano.
