Setup 2 XNAT instances by the same user

Short Description

Figure out how to setup 2 XNAT instances from the same user.
Suggestions:

• 2 different people set up 1 XNAT instance each
• Slower to run sequentially, but could have 2 separate hosts files i.e. hosts_1.yml and hosts_2.yml
• Faster to run, but more work is putting all the groups i.e. xnat_web_1 and xnat_web_2 into the same hosts file i.e. hosts.yml
• Group_vars templates could be modified to achieve this

What approach did you take in the end for running two instances? Was it easy enough, or should we look more into automating it?

I ended up cloning the repository twice. I had to modify a few variables and names to prevent clashes in resources and ensure that everything was deployed to separate VPCs. So I think that should be good enough for this and just needs an update to the Terraform.
