🚀 Feature: add song playback to lobby page

We want to allow the owner of a lobby to play one second of a random song at a time. Ideally, the owner will press play and the song will play for one second and then pause. The user should then be able to press play again and the next second will play.

Use Case

During the game, the owner of the lobby will play 1 second of the song at a time. Other players in the lobby can guess the song.
