Have a consistent way to refer to menu names

We currently have different formatings for when we refer to menu & button names.

Decide on the way to do it and update accordingly

and differentiate between meatballs, kabobs, and tictactoes

I also meant in terms of formatting. Some folks use bold, others backticks, quotations, ...
