Update building foorprint

Find more recent building footprints (possibly from OpenStreetMap) to update the lesson.

Jon and Kristi farting on new layer. DFSS has a new one but the meta data isnt great and I had to make new fields. You'd think you could easily join it but the buildings numbers are different and didn't match up great. Now I need to save it as a feature layer

This new layer has symbology by building type automatically added, which defeats the purpose of the exercise; I suggest we use the old layer for this first version of the biulding

Oh sorry, I can change that

we decided to move forward with the older version. This new layer has empty values for the building types and completely new attributes that will require some rework of the sections
