IP address not shown for recent builds of Linux

Recent builds of Linux (e.g. 64 Bit Raspberry Pi) use 'end0' vs. 'eth0' for wired ethernet and therefore do not display.

Change is simple to get this to work:

hardware/rpiInfo : replace references to 'eth0' to 'end0'

Confirmed works.
