Raspberry Pi 5 - Lite 64bit - Stuck on default utronics screen #46

Using a Raspberry Pi 5 and the official 500gb NVME ssd drive along with the following Uctronics components

Useing the 19" 1U Rack Pro for RPi 5 - SKU:RM0013 - https://core-electronics.com.au/attachments/localcontent/RM0013-Assembly-Guide_280483831c7.pdf

Installed Raspbian Lite - 64bit (Also updated all apt components)
Ensured ARM I2C is enabled in raspi-config.

git clone https://github.com/UCTRONICS/SKU_RM0004.git
cd SKU_RM0004 make
./deployment_service.sh
sudo reboot

I get no errors, but the default "UCTRONICS" display stays frozen. Toggling power button does start/shutdown the PI and the display but the screen does not change beyodn the default screen.
