Table (sap.ui.table, single-select) doesn't show radio buttons

What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

1. Open the sample https://ui5.sap.com/#/entity/sap.ui.table.Table/sample/sap.ui.table.sample.Selection
2. Click on selection mode Single
3. First column is an empty cell that can be clicked. It should be a radio button because it is not intuitive to click on an empty cell!

Error:

Not intuitive to have just an empty cell that needs to be clicked for selecting a row.

Expected behavior:

First cell shows a radio button.

Which OpenUI5 version is your project targeting?

1.143.0

Is the issue device- or browser-specific?

No, tested on Windows with Firefox and Chrome, and on Mac
