No select all feature exist in p13n.engine dialog

What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

1. Open the sample [https://sdk.openui5.org/#/entity/sap.m.p13n.Engine/sample/sap.m.sample.p13n.Engine
2. Click on settings button
3. There should be select all button which now is not exist

Expected behavior:

The ability to select and deselct all possible columns.
