[Input]: valueStateMessage not displayed when focused with smooth scroll

Describe the bug

Click the first button, the value state message will be shown;
Click the second button, the value state message will not be shown.

this issue is caused due to smooth scrolling of the ObjectPage. As this will happen for all containers implementing smooth scrolling, I will forward this issue to the ui5/webcomponents repo, as the Input component is developed there. I will adjust the name of the issue, so it reflects the reported problem better. I hope that's alright with you.

You can solve this issue by setting the scroll-behavior CSS property to auto until the input has been focused: https://stackblitz.com/edit/github-23f5dv3c-ptpg84qc?file=src%2FApp.tsx

when smooth scrolling is enabled and an input is rendered outside the viewport and then receives focus, the valueStateMessage won't be displayed. Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the StackBlitz example
2. scroll down
3. click the button
4. see that the input is focused, but no valueStateMessage is shown
