[Feature Request]:Expose placement option for ColorPalettePopover component

Feature Request Description

The ColorPalettePopover component doesn't expose the placement option as a standard Popover does, constraining the popover to always appear at the bottom of the opener element.

This limitation constrains the flexibility of the color palette design. For example, when triggering the popover from a menu item, you might want it to appear to the right instead. The standard Popover component supports placement options that allow the popover to show on top, bottom, left, or right.

Proposed Solution

Expose the placement option from the ColorPalettePopover component, supporting top, bottom, left, or right position for the color palette popover.
