Use Bare Metal AVR RFM Lib ubiquitously

Would need change from OO style to procedural C.

But:

• Flash space saving
• Some insignificant performance gain
• Keeps common base between full-fat arduino, and skimmed attiny implementations

Also could coincide with a lib rename to avoid conflicts with other Arduino RFM69 libraries.
