Incorrect usage of unkown in gender

The gender is known it's just not identifying as male or female.

This field should be 'other' not unknown.

The field should really be Sex, and then unknown or undisclosed. If we are asking the person then it can be gender in which case the list of genders is much longer following GDS guidelines
