Feature/Discord webhook logger

As a backup system, create a function to send a discord message using webhook. This will be used as backup system, in-case if there is something wrong with the server.
Todo:

• Put webhook URL at .env (you can use your own webhook and server first)
• Create a separated function to send the webhook
• Create a variant templete using constanta
• Implement it to:
  • Balance update
  • History add

Make sure it both on dev and prod (test build and run it)
