Feature/User Details and Update

make sure to wait main issue to be finish before developing this issue

Todo:

• Create onClick function on table row to trigger open the details dialog
• Add Edit button for user
• Implement react-hook-form for the edit validation
• Make sure the loading modal on loading state is working fine
• Make sure to clear the details state and isEdit mode state to idle after closing the dialog
