This problem was solved after switching to *osgeo4w with QGIS 3.42*
The 3.28 QGIS GUI seems not to be compatible with Urock.
And just another hint here: the public version of UMEP- processing cannot
identify the win11 java default path.
I solved this problem by installing the most recent version via Github zip.
Maybe you can add these tips into the manual? Some of my coworkers follow
the previous manual and also trigger these same bugs.
