Sebe Meteorological files

Hi i would like to use SEBE, but i dont understand what should include the meteorological data. Does it need yearly datas? I tried to download one year of era5 to test it but it says that It's a big query and failed. Where can i find TMY meteorological data globally? Can you point me to some code to build it with era 5? thank you as always

The best performance of the tool i to use long datasets but you can run on sub-year datasets also. I would recommend you to visit shinyweatherdata.com to download ERA5 data.

I know about this tool, but i am trying tò build my tool to automate the task. So my question Is what columns i really Need for make solweig and sebe work? This are the columns requires in your meteorological dataset id it imin Q* QH QE Qs Qf Wind RH Td press rain Kdn snow ldown fcld wuh xsmd lai_hr Kdiff Kdir Wd. But which are essential and which variables i Need to associate with era 5 variables? I really Need this information. I read the documentation but i Need a deeper understanding. In particular kdn, kdiff, kdir, ldown. Can you point me to a person that can help me? I also provided an era 5 script modified tò make It work, but without understanding the variables maybe i did some errore. Please, please Help me. 🙂

Ok. I see.
The required variables for SEBE is all the shortwave radiation components (Kdn, Kdir and Kdiff). Kdif and Kdiff is not in ERA5 so that is calcualted within the model. For SOLWEIG you can find info in the manual (https://umep-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/OtherManuals/SOLWEIG.html#meteorological-data).
