I must correct myself: it didn't say: missing libraries but missing modules. I think, maybe these are not the same.

… Ok, and I assume you say OK so that libraries can be installed.
Then I am not sure. I have not tried UMEP myself on a Fedora system. Anyone else tried this ***@***.***(https://github.com/matthiasdemuzere))?

Dear Community Members, Users,
I rarely use QGIS for simple tasks at a completely amateur level, so I am not particularly familiar with the ins and outs of the program, not to mention the programming language, Python. I need to use a plugin called UMEP. My laptop runs LINUX (Fedora41), but I don't know how to program in LINUX and I don't use Terminal. I was born a simple end user.
My problem: I would have installed UMEP in QGIS 3.44.2 (version) for the first time a few weeks ago, but I got an error message, for which I am attaching a screen recording video. Then a programmer solved it, and I didn't get this error message:
"The "processing_umep" module cannot be loaded due to an error during the call to the classFactory() procedure.
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'rioxarray'."
Yesterday, the plugin offered an update after QGIS started, which I naively allowed. I am still stuck with the same error message. What could be the reason for this?
Thank you in advance for your advice/help.
