Error in Crazyswarm catkin workspace setup

I installed crazyswarm according to the installation steps on their website. I am trying to create a catkin workspace, but I get this output:

Invoking "cmake" failed

One difference is that I don't have gcc-arm-embedded installed because it wasn't available as a package. I do have gcc-arm-none-eabi and gcc-arm-linux-gnueabi installed though if that's important.

This looks like a problem in a custom package (kernel_mapper_ros), not in the Crazyswarm. Note that the Crazyswarm recently switched to fully contain all the msg/srv files, rather than relying on crazyflie_ros (and crazyflie_driver). So this custom package might need to be adjusted accordingly.
