Crazyflie connot take off, jumping on the ground

I have a problem. Here is the video describes the scenario I encountered. (https://youtube.com/shorts/HIPpsuHnaOU?feature=share). I used the Xbox USB joystick. When I pressed the trigger to send the taking off command to the crazyflie, it just jumped on the ground. This is the new one. I can make the other old ones taking off over the ground. Did I miss something on the configure file?
Here are vehicles and software I used:
Motion capture system: OptiTrack, Motive 2.0
Crazyflie: 2.1
Joystick: Xbox USB connection
ROS: crazyswarm, Rviz
